Dr. Ronicka Briscoe, nationally recognized educator, scholar, and leader brings her talent and nearly twenty years of professional experience to her new role as Founder and CEO of Winning on the Road, LLC, the premier organization for Elevating Leaders and Igniting Team Transformation through professional learning, executive coaching, and customized leadership development programs.
Dr. Briscoe serves as Principal researcher, lead consultant and expert facilitator where she brings a unique speaking and presentation style in which she seamlessly weaves together her extensive research, rich lived experiences, and expertise. This combination creates a dynamic and impactful experience that captivates her audience from start to finish and propels them to act.
Dr. Briscoe, recognized as a 2023 Xavier University of Louisiana 40 under 40, 2022 New Orleans City Business Woman of the Year, 2023 Teach for America Community Leader of the Year, and 2022 University of Holy Cross Community Service Award Recipient.
Ronicka is an interdisciplinary scholar and practitioner whose career and community work spans nearly two decades. Ronicka formally studied political science, public administration (non-profit management), business, and executive leadership. She has spent her career in education as a teacher, administrator, professor, university department chair, consultant, executive coach and strategist. Dr. Briscoe holds a Ph.D. in Executive Leadership and is also a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and MBTI Certified Coach. Dr. Briscoe co-authored the Amazon Best Seller, Brave Women at Work - Lessons in Leadership.
Outside of the office, Dr. Briscoe is actively involved in promoting positive and sustainable community change through board service in the following organizations: President-Elect Loyola University – Women’s Leadership Academy Alumni Advisory, 826 New Orleans (Immediate Past President), 826 National, Parent Leadership Training Institute – Civic Design Team, Teach for America Alumni Advisory (Co-Chair), and Faculty Women of Color in the Academy Advisory.she's excited to be named President-Elect Loyola University’s Women’s Leadership Academy Advisory.
