Cultivate: Young Women's Leadership Circle is an empowering and transformative online community designed for young women aged 18-25 who are on a path to leadership. Participants will engage in monthly synchronous convenings via Zoom. The dynamic curriculum that includes facilitated learning opportunities, dynamic guest speakers, interactive activities, and complete their personalized “Leadership Blueprint”. Through these experiences, participants will gain valuable insights into their own leadership profile, effective leadership practices, strategic thinking, and the importance of networking and building a supportive community.
